The Vivia uses dual-chip AI technology that processes sound similarly to the brain's natural hearing patterns. Its Intelligent Focus system identifies and prioritizes sounds based on where you're looking, helping you follow conversations more naturally in busy places like restaurants or family gatherings. The AI system, trained on over 13 million spoken sentences, works continuously to enhance speech while reducing unwanted background noise.

Battery Life and Charging Options

With up to 30 hours of use from a single charge, or 20 hours when streaming and using AI features, the Vivia keeps you connected throughout your day. A quick 10-minute charge provides 2.7 hours of use. You can choose from desktop, standard, or premium charging options to match your lifestyle needs.

Design and Models

The Vivia comes in three models:
- MicroRIE (rechargeable)
- RIE 61 (312 battery)
- RIE 62 (13 battery with telecoil)

Each model features app controls and programmable buttons, with the microRIE adding convenient tap controls. Ten color options are available, including Navy Blue and Red, and a CROS version serves those with single-sided hearing loss.
